Travel Adventures 2007

I'm quite a bit behind on discussing my travel adventures for this year. It is actually mid year.. so I'm right on time for me.

January: Spent a weekend in Maryland is some lifelong friends. A close friend of mine is currently off in IRAQ fighting Bush's war. So we all did the chill thing and did not mention her imminent trip. It was soo much fun.

February: Viva Las Vegas... Wynn Hotel. Tell ya later
Rancho la Puerta, Tecate Mexico... daily exercise, very little food and plenty of walking. Came back to real life really refreshed. I had the most fun in Connie's classes!

April: Maryland/DC Bachlorette Party weekend for a really good friend. We had a blast and my Mom got a chandelier (a whole nother story)

May: B-More Maryland. Best wedding of the year.
Puetra Vallarta, Mexico: Best time, food, drinks, good friends and fun. The day boat trip was the highlight of the trip. Private yacht, snorkelin, horseback riding, waterfall, white sand beach, lunch on the beach, cool music and dancin all the way back to the Marina.

June- December: travelling to be continued.

Tell Me How you really feel

What in the world would I do without this book? I've "borrowed" this book from my office hallmate's library. She's not getting it back. I'm only halfway thru this lovely peice of work and really feel at home. It's about a journey - love, life, self discovery. Did I mention yet that it is also very funny! I love to travel, have been goin thru quite a bit of personal strife and think eating can be a sport. So far, I can relate so much of myself to the author of this book. She's someone to admire.

I guess my next post should be about how I really feel about the Namesake of "The Joy of Doing Things Badly".. two other books that I have made me feel some kinda way.
